I won't argue with him.
I've contemplated moving to Russia.  Just don't know how to draw funds while I"m there.

There are endless ways. Everyone manages even lots of pensioners from Europe and the US all manage to get their cash into Russia. It all comes down to one simple thing.

There's been a trickle of Westerners going to live in Russia for years, but it certainly seems to be increasing now.

Timing is still up in the air with lots of things to settle here (retirement, etc.) first.

We have not been since last September and i long to be back there
