Pop icon travels across Soviet Union

While many musicians have sung about Russia and The Soviet Union, E. John and the Beatles to name two. Only one crossed all of Russia on the Trans-Siberian Express, David Bowie with a fellow band member and close friend of D. Bowie documented this trip in 1973. These images are now the subject of an exhibition at the Wende Museum in California. Below are some links.
