It appears that the agency has created a fake site called to mimic the site .  They have taken the recommended agencies and placed them as rip-off agencies.

This is an example of how a blacklisted agency can create a site that mimics an anti-scam agency site and use it as a method to attack others.

Be careful of such false sites. They did a good job to make it look legit. But you can tell by the banners it was designed as an attack site.

I blocked this site from being live linked using the censor software already Kevin, as I knew it was a spoof site after an e-mail I received recently.

As such, I didn't want to give them the Google backlinks by letting them be linked from here.  :)

It seems a favourite trick of internet miscreants to make spoof sites about other sites. Most of the reputable forums are carrying this caution about already.

Thanks for bringing it up here Kevin.
