Buy a house get a green card..

New law about to come into Russia amongst many more making it easier for foreigners to relocate to the Motherland..

If you buy a property in Russia for about 30 million Rubles your going to be entitled to a green card soon.. of course its not for everyone.. but any way it is on the way..about the same price all over the world just less tax to pay in Russia..

A bit off topic, but I'm moving to my new house soon. I'm so glad i finally bought it. Now we're on to the moving stuff. How did you guys get over moving? I'm afraid to forget anything, what lifehacks can you give me?

There's a simple trick to make sure you forget nothing when you move. it is something I have done every time I have moved home.

When the movers have 'finished' their uplift, I go through the property and check each room to make sure nothing is left behind.

How's that for a handy, actionable lifehack?

That’s pretty cool! If I were thinking of relocating, a green card for buying property sounds like a decent deal. Just be sure to do some thorough research and maybe talk to a local expert about the details. I’ve heard that navigating property laws in Russia can be tricky, so getting some good advice could save you a lot of hassle.

Ok, just a reminder, Russia doesn't have a history of "wearing well" for foreigners  :thumbsup:
