There was me thinking...did not his mentor not remind his fellow citizens of the status of Crimea...part of Ukraine....when signing the Budapest Memorandum.....

The same sort of thing happened 10 or so years ago in Kiev with a crane capsizing as they were building the new bridge over the Dnieper. As I recall it was a Dutch company that righted the mess. The bridge is still not completed.
I wonder why? :-X
