I believe what I read in TASS...they were the first to report the shooting down of "another AN-26 of the Ukrainian airforce by the 'DNR' nr. Torez"

From Markje's TASS article

"Putin said. By their decision, the Crimeans "restored historical justice, which was violated in Soviet times, when the Crimea and Sevastopol were unlawfully even diverted from the RSFSR even under Soviet laws."

There was me thinking...did not his mentor not remind his fellow citizens of the status of Crimea...part of Ukraine....when signing the Budapest Memorandum.....

To me, this is but another example of why the Kremlin cannot be trusted re agreements re frontiers of neighbouring states

The same sort of thing happened 10 or so years ago in Kiev with a crane capsizing as they were building the new bridge over the Dnieper. As I recall it was a Dutch company that righted the mess. The bridge is still not completed.

I wonder why?   :-X

If you find Russia untrustworthy because of that, you must trust no government on this planet. Local, Country or World-wise.

'Right'..

Does your govt top the list of Council of Europe's  HR breaches - over taking Turkey ?

Wrong question.

Right question: Did the UK recently blame Russia ignoring all the treaties they signed with regards to this incident?

To be fair you are ducking one issue - but I'll address yours

I'm not the govt - who I think are running the country BADLY...

When Mrs May was Home Sec she had a chance to sort out the Litvinenko biz..

THIS thread is about the bridge - and you told us that was opening last year -  I even posted the link from Crimea's local version of Pervy Kanal ( 21st channel ) confirming mid-to late 2018
