Title: New Forum Room: Health, Fitness, Diet and Lifestyle
Post by: Manny on May 10, 2020, 11:03:54 AM
As the forum matures and changes, so do the topics we discuss.

As there have been a few interesting topics recently that would fit into such a room, today I've created it here: https://ruadventures.com/forum/index.php/board,72.0.html

I've put some historical topics in there already that can be woken up again if anyone wants to (ignore the 140 day warning when posting), along with more up to date topics that fit the room.

So not only the Coronavirus in there, but anything and everything you want concerning fitness, lifestyle, dieting, vitamins, supplements, etc. can be discussed there.  tiphat

Good idea.
Let’s see how long it takes for Mobes to trash it with his imaginary bevy of expert nutritionists, dietitians, fitness gurus etc.

That aside, I think our collective lifestyle experiences can give a great insight into best practice and alternate ways of looking at things.

I'm fully expecting an olympian and several professional footballers as well.

I agree.
