Russian Cupid or www.UkraineDate.com/ are not free but they are low cost.

Why are you interested in free sites ... ?  Some sites charge a premium to allow you to refine searches and promote your profile.

Someone specifically searching for a FREE site is usually looking for a cheap washer up and cleaner...  :laugh:

Of course the women I guess as usual will have to make her own way to his country only to be refunded after 365 days at the kitchen sink... :scared0005:
