Thats because forum permissions have nothing to do with your local cookie/cache but is managed server-side.

I changed something, can you see them now?

Strange, it should be : home \ forum \ blog \ image gallery \ news \ chat ..... so it would seem you are missing 2.

Markje uses magic I knew those IT guys really didn't understand what they were doing.  Use the force, Markje, use the force.

I can see it now and go into the blog but once in the Blog I can't activate any link.

once you are viewing the "blog" part of RUA, there should appear a new menu titled "blog" which resides on the left side of the website . The top button should be "create blog" :) (and likewise, the last one is remove blog, if you own one)
