Fishing
« on: December 15, 2024, 03:06:51 AM »
The late Charlie Munger liked to say that to be a good investor, you have to fish where the fish are. To be a great investor, though, you have to fish where the fishing boats don’t even go.
As young Buffett’s track record shows, you can make good money by noticing where all the fishing boats are—and taking your rod and reel elsewhere.

from today's Wall Street Journal.

This applies to investing and dating.  Has anyone gone off the beaten path.  We know Manny was in N Korea, definitely where the fishing boats don't go.  Anyone else?  Any thoughts?
