There's nothing I like more than pretty girls who are economically disadvantaged as compared to me. Back in 2015 I thought the only logical place to find them was Eastern Europe. From 2020-23 I had 3 sugar babies in Ukraine and Romania (sequential, not parallel). Then it was time to go back to the USA. I bought a house on the Oregon coast and spent a year renovating it and dividing it into 4 short term Rental units. It came online in May 2024 and has this month generated $5600 in gross income so far this July. Expenses and taxes eat up nearly 50% of that. Nevertheless that leaves a cool $2500 to spend on girls.

As have been observed, I'm much more of a mid term trader vs a buy and hold investor when it comes to females. 6-12 months is the sweet spot for me for a relationship.

My first attempt at a sugar relationship was with an 18.2 yo genuine catholic schoolgirl, uniform and all. I bought her a 2011 mustang and agreed to $1500/month allowance. Unfortunately things didn't go so well. We had about 10  intimate meetings, not quite as many as agreed. I repossessed the mustang in the middle of the night. We still tried to put it back together. She was restricted/punished by losing the car for 10 days. I only saw her one more time then we gave up.

As usual this stuff is no walk in the park for me. Lots of effort with some successes here and there. I travel back and forth from Tijuana to Oregon in my RV. I carry my bike on the back, the only decent way to get around the city in my opinion. Border crossings race 15 minutes vs 2-3 hours in a car.

Be careful, it isn't hard for young girl to make you believe she is 18 when she is 15....and a phony ID isn't too hard to make.

I think I'd find those younger ladies too annoying to deal with for very long.  You might be pretty young though yourself and find it all worthwhile.

I kind of agree with you on that!

It is easy to find young girls who think they want to play sugary games, but lots don't find the actual practice so easy.

If cars are involved, if possible, put leases in her name, arrange long term rentals, or, as Volvo and some others do, go for a subscription service.

On the whole, though, young girls are easy to find, but not really much fun. A friend is in an arrangement with a very nice girl; she is 22 and works as cabin crew for a national flag carrier airline. It seems quite a few cabin crew do sugar stuff; it fits nicely with their working patterns. But from what he tells me, he is starting to act like a father figure.

Well hopefully you are using some judgement.  I would imagine that most of the ladies are 18+ but you always hear stories, even here in the states of underage ho's.  In Mexico I would think it is the same if not worse...and the authorities are sometimes in on it to shake down gringos...but it sounds like you have been at this a while so I'm sure you are savvy.

Id be in Thailand in a heartbeat if the weather was better. I think I'm 60 haha. Passport says I was born a month after jfk was assinated, which, by the way, gives me an airtight alibi
