Ukrainians in some Russian-occupied areas to the eastern part of the country are being forced to vote at gunpoint by armed masked Russian servicemen, Al Jazeera reported.

Such voting has been held right outside resident’s apartment buildings.

“There’s no secrecy of vote,” said one former resident of Mariupol. “People who love Ukraine must submit to the regime and pretend they support everything that’s going on, because they’re afraid for their lives.”

I notice McFool and other Russia haters all over Twitter howling how they don't think it was democratic.

Ironic the same people believe a senile old bloke got voted in in the US, despite many allegations of vote rigging. Also, our UK PM was installed in what was a coup, nobody voted him in as PM, in fact, they specifically voted against him. And best of all, US marionette Zelensky has cancelled elections in what remains of Ukraine.

Once again 60 Minutes last night continued their effort to portray evil that is Russia for the suffering in Ukraine. It treats its audience like idiots for skipping over the real seed of this stupid conflict.

Number if things have to happen to it to be democratic. First the other side has to be able to campaign with different ideas. Press has to be able to criticize the ruling party, other members of the opposing party need to be able to run for office. then votes need to be counting. The candidate who was running against the war was not able to run. No candidate was able to criticize the war. Then there are video of ballot box stuffing on parts of the country where voter turnout was low. Anybody who was a serious threat to Putin's rule at the ballot box died a long time ago.

Then they wanted to make sure all the new to Russia areas of Ukraine voted for Putin also. They voted for Putin or died. That way if anyone opposed, they could get rid of that problem right away. So now everyone in new occupied areas of Russia also overwhelming voted for Putin. It makes good propaganda. Russia has elections because it makes good propaganda. When the next president comes along it will be the same thing.

When elections are real, and people have real choices then the rulers have a hard time keeping a majority. When it is all fake that leaders can have 90 to 100 per cent support. It would not surprise of this elections show Putin with 95 per cent support. This is how you know it is fake. Polls show him with 70 per cent support even with all the other stuff to not give anyone other choices.

They were broadcasting live, a queue of people in London all out voting for the election in Russia, with a TV banner displaying protests across Europe against Russian elections and an interviewer hoping to find disgruntled anti Putin Russians.

Well unfortunately live on TV, a Russian woman is front doored and starts to tell the truth about elections, freedoms and Navalny 

She points out that there is no guns being pointed at her in London yet she's voting for Putin, as many others are doing. Navalny knew what he was doing but persisted with his BS. His wife got slated for not going to the funeral.

She then points out that no Russian wants the war but when the interviewer tries to frame Putin for starting the war, she gets reminded about the truths. And all those free Russians next to her waiting to vote in the UK without pressure simply nod and agree.

Yet Tex thinks it's all been done at gunpoint and the west is a paragon of democracy, freedom and transparency!! Oh how embarrassing for live TV.
