Liz Truss and the Collapse of the British Pound Sterling.

Liz Truss and the Collapse
of the British Pound Sterling.

With another unelected Prime Minister continuing the Conservative Party’s forty-year destruction of the British family- sans the rich- and hyperinflation looming above a long predicted economic depression, let us examine the day’s headline on the ascent of Liz Truss.

“After a drawn-out contest, the country’s ruling Conservative Party on Monday picked Liz Truss to be its new leader and the U.K.’s new prime minister.”

“A Drawn Out Contest” was merely a tepid daily media championship interspersed by a brief commercial break for the three unsubstantial debates. Here, these purported conservatives offered only the path of least resistance featuring more deficit spending repackaged behind their two eager smiles.

Sunak and Truss, as finalists had similar motivations and solid training beforehand. Both are amateur anti-populist, New World Order and World Economic Forum disciples vying to become the next UK PM to wantonly fellate their masters in Brussels, Washington or the House of Lords when not busy servicing Klaus Schwab.

And, well, of course, the Windsors.

“Ruling Conservative Party” was, when using metrics, another media distortion that ignored the fact that the PM was selected by a paltry, yet divisive subset of 0.29% (140,000) of registered British voters. This brash falsehood also failed to remind the reader that the Conservative Party did not win the last national election, it purchased it.

“Leader.” This begs the rhetorical question: “Of what country?”.  As detailed in the recent article, “Britain’s ‘Special Relationship’ and the American Virus”, forty years of Tory leadership have steadily destroyed Britain by using a particularly American economic model. One Prime Minister at a time.

Truss is a graduate of globalist Klaus Schwab and his  World Economic Forum’s “Young Leaders Programme.”  Here, allegiance to country, much less populism, by these graduate “leaders” is verboten. As to Liz Truss, an anti-BREXIT campaigner and former member of the Liberal Party she is committed to rejoining the central planning of the EU and ECB. This made her the perfect choice for this Zionist scholarship.

As to any actual populist bona fides of promoting purely British interests- beyond American wars- the CVs of both are barren. In the aftermath of Selection Day, Sept 5, 2022, not surprisingly 65 per cent of real Britainsaid Truss was “out of touch with ordinary people.”

Since “hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way,” the UK voter will now wait a very long time for redress regarding Truss since the likelihood of the Conservatives soon holding a national election is zero. No matter, what voter would choose opposition by the Labour Party? That opposition was terminated in 2019 with the internal party and media coup that fraudulently forced out of British politics the last sincere populist Labour champion, to be replaced by a House of Lords puppet.

In the meantime, as clearly stated by Truss within mere hours of the “vote”, Brits can now mumble in their beer foam as Britain and the pound sterling are further destroyed without further interruption. Down to 1.129 to the US dollar as of this writing and dropping with every financial press release from number 10.

Truss immediately vowed to provide yet another tranche of deficit spending. The continuation of this forty-year failure in Americanized Keynesian false optimism is based again on a media propagated lie of yet another national emergency.  With inflation trying to go hyper Truss’ plans are madness and will only further debase the English currency and impoverish Britain by destroying what is left of their savings, their wages and their purchasing power.

Investor and hedge fund manager, Bill Blaine assessed the new PM’s economic plan as,

“… simple – pick a bunch of headline generating noisy ideas and back them with some empty bluster about how they will create growth and wealth.”

Looking at her plan from a Tory perspective, certainly the already wealthy will click their heels in applause of their correct choice of PM. In turn, Ms Truss will likely be invited soon to stop by the House of Lords for a visit with the likes of Labour’s Sir Kier Starmer. And afterwards, a toddy.

I am glad you see it is not only the USA. It is most of the whole developed world has this problem and it does not matter which party was in charge. People want more than governments can provide.  Now with aging populations everywhere it is becoming a crisis. Here in the USA, we always blame the other party also. I believe the pound used to be a pound of silver. Now is takes twenty pounds+/- to buy an ounce. It would be funny, but we have the same problem. It used to be Twenty dollars to buy an ounce of gold. Now it is 1700 dollars to buy an ounce.
3) There has been no "threat" to invade Ukraine. The US invented that and fed it to a complicit media.

Wiz, if the UK is on the verge of hyperinflation and economic collapse perhaps you should be heading back to Greece?

Maybe all the Putin supporters on RUA should consider moving to Russia to escape the economic collapse in the UK?

The pound fell against the dollar because the Fed put up (and it is rumoured it will do so again) interest rates in the US.

It's more of a temporarily rising dollar than a falling pound in actual fact. And it's started to come back already.

The leftist media (and pinkos like Wiz) are very keen to talk down Liz Truss and the budget. Everyone expected that. Read our papers and you'd think the sky was falling in. But currencies fluctuate oftentimes on emotion and bad press.

The pinkos are howling it was a "budget for the rich" without looking to see why certain things were done.

When the BoE raises interest rates again, the markets will calm. No need to panic.

We'll see the result of the new budget in a couple of months, not a couple of days.

Take a stack of dollars and hold them for ten years and they will only buy half as much. It is the same for every major currency and most over time perform a little worse than the dollar. Actually, this is a hidden tax on saving. Nearly every country in the world wants a piece of this same tax. If you buy something and hold it for ten years and sell it for twice as much the government wants taxes on the gain but there was no gain. Then sometimes they wonder why people in USA do not save. It is simple. You lose money trying to save.

Manny keeps thinking the dollar is going to be replaced by China and Russia. Both countries have worse problems than the USA. It does not look like the next five to ten years is going to be pretty anywhere.

The Nord Stream pipeline was deliberately damaged. No one can even guess if it was pro Russians or anti Russians who did it. Both seem to have a motive.

Manny, err Arthur Daley

I have never been a member of any party here or there in Greece, unlike you! What ever I did success or not, I did it on my own and I am still here!

Why anybody wants to be and is a party member?
Simple. He/she expects to benefit from his/hers membership!

Why I am a PINKO? Because I am  trying to be objective?

This country was buzzing when I came over, in the winter of discontent%u2026.. and was Margaret who put the economy is peril following and importing Neoliberal policies from USA.

Who has been in power for the past 12 years?

Who voted for Mrs Trash  or Boris in the first place/round?

And before you say something%u2026.I don't remember when we had any or our last elections%u2026..

Wiz, if the UK is on the verge of hyperinflation and economic collapse perhaps you should be heading back to Greece?

I suggest you keep your advice for your self.........personally and my family do not need your advice. we have the best of both worlds because Greece is only max 3 hours fly away time.... and we can have the best of both worlds.
Look what I am going to book after talking to my wife who is galavanding around Moscow with her sister at the Moment. Accommodation 2 small studios of my nephew huge large garden.....paying peanuts for electricity and hiring a very cheap car......Food on a restaurant is around 1/2 price from a fish and cheap take a way in the UK.

So what is the point having a house down there when I can have the best of both worlds? Ask any British poster to verify the price of our flights!

When did I say that I am a Putin supporter?

Professor, my ass, you obviously don't know how to read....and your aim is to only troll on this board. You have never posted something useful....so politely... FO

BTW open you wallet and take out a money note and look at it carefully.
Are you an independent Nation or a British  Vassal country?

Please do not bother talking to me...as I hate talking to stupid trolls like you wasting my time!

The Nord Stream pipeline was deliberately damaged.

No one can even guess if it was pro Russians or anti Russians who did it.

Both seem to have a motive.

I thought you are not so stupid to make susch silly statements.

Russians did not have to destroy the Pipe lines.. despite all the pressure from USA etc,  because if they really wanted to put pressure or blackmail the Germans and the other Europeans easily could do that by closing down the turbines and if they did not pay for the gass......No money no honey! Is that simple. Actually you must rememeber what happened with the turbine that was send to Canada for renovation......and then refused to send it back...till the german started shouting and threatening them....so they send it back to Germany which send the turbine on to Russia  and continue pumping, while teh German were paying.

For your information the North stream 1 and also 2 were/are actually operated by a German Subsidiary of Siemens, according to EU regulations, based the UK and that is why the Canadians sent the repaired turpine to UK first, then went to Germany and finnaly was send to the Russians to install it and start pumping again.
Basically the Russians and Putin had no need to threaten the Germans because they had a long contract and were paying acoording to their long term contract.

North Stream No 2 had finished and was ready to operate last year in September BUT under pressure from USA... it remaind closed. Its capacity was/is 3 times more than the No 1. Plenty of capacity to support the whole Europe including Poland .....but Poland (don't know the full story why they hate Russia). long time ago when Trump was president refuse to sign with the Russians and signed a contract with USA but we know now that USA could not deeliver any gass..... because you do not have spare.....so Poland looked around and together with EU made a deal with NORWAY TO BUILD A PIPELINE which by coincidently opended on Yesterday 27 September 2022

So when the explosion or most probably the attack on the PIPE lines took place??????

Back in July the CIA made an announcement that the Pipes are in danger of an attack, due to its lengh..........and on the 8 July your Alzeimer presisdent said he will not hesitae to attack the Nothstream pipes 1 and 2.

SO WHO HAD THE BIGEST INTEREST TO BLOW UP THE PIPES?

Obviously was not Russia......

Do you remember how many sactions and problems USA caused during the building of North Stream pipe No 2  ????

Just now I heard that the Polish President said in a speech..... Thank you America.......

EURO NEWS: Nord Stream: Explosions recorded

Seismologists recorded what they think were explosions before gas began pouring out of two Russia-to-Germany pipelines under the Baltic Sea.

"It's unclear what caused the blasts but they are the result of "deliberate actions", according to Denmark's prime minister, Mette Frederiksen.

Her Polish counterpart, Mateusz Morawiecki, called it "an act of sabotage"
.

So pay attention and listen cafully. Can youl hear   NIAOU NIAOU coming from the roof of your house.....Can you guess what is it up there?

Of course contractual obligations cannot be forgoten but there is always the force majeure clause paragraph I expect in every official contracts signed by two parties so I expect Germany and Gasprom have checked and agreed with their signature.

In this case there is no more than 24 hourse of the attack so we have to wait and see what if anything or what comes out!

Are you sure that your side is not behind the attack .... or you suspect your suborfinates Polish Gov did it OR you know better how these operations organised......maybe they have used proxies forces???

What is your views or knowledge.?

3) There has been no "threat" to invade Ukraine. The US invented that and fed it to a complicit media.

Lowest debt in the G7.

Makes our exports to the US cheap.

The UK taxes the F#%k out of themselves.

I don't think you understand how taxes work. In a dynamic economy a tax cut can actually increase revenues to the
government.

Don't you think I know all that......the reality is we have not a real democrqacy, like Italy for example but  we have aristocracy under the cover of the Monarch!

Are you try to be promoted, sometime,  to the upper chamber (Nice job to have ) or you are looking for some kind of contracts? (Only teasing you!)
wish you luck if you can any........

Maybe we should link the pound to the Ruble. 1 pound equal one ruble. That would make your exports really cheap.

I really do not dislike the UK. I hope everything there gets better and the tax cuts actually work. It is just people here are always picking on the USA, so I pick back a little. In the USA tax cuts have done little to stimulate the economy. The amount of good and services does not increase with more money. All we get is more inflation with the very rich getting new mega Yachts.

Do pay attention to the Fiancial proffessor from the US and learn about your own country's financial affairs. It would be very useful to you and your family.

His advice will probably help you to become an extremely rich person  especially if you value our currency on the same level as the Russian Ruble and soon you may be able to buy a nice huge boat and invide us all to have a party......in the sun!

BTW: I just got copy of the article I was looking to find which shows the double standards of our friendly US in the affairs of the island! Nothing new from the Mafia nation, stabbing Cyprus again in the back, under the pretence that they are just helping the Cyprus Government by allowing it to buy arms etc.

On the other hand they do not force Turkey to respect the decision of the UN General Council, which called for Turkey to move out of the island.... Now Turkey will double its army occupation of the Noth and of course upgrate its army instalations, many of them used by USA to keep an eye in Syria and middle east.

If you have friends like them you do not need to have any enemies!
