Explosions in Crimea
« on: August 09, 2022, 03:08:17 PM »
Nothing much is known yet, other than a series of explosions near a Russian military airfield close to saki.

Russians: It was an ammunition mishandling, no people got hurt or killed.

Ukraine: No comment yet.

Crimea: It was Tatar terrorists trying to damage Russia enough to provoke a bigger war with Ukraine. Terrorist is the only casualty.

The vids look like a dozen large explosions at the airbase.

Russia seemingly has a lot of mishandling issues in this conflict.

Rumors naturally are swirling that its longer range himars.

Those were some series of huge explosions if* it was local.terrorists, that got thru base defenses during wartime.

The memes of himars floatimg on a rubber raft are already circulating

Explosions in Crimea Denys Davydov
« Reply #2 on: August 09, 2022, 07:25:41 PM »
Denys Davydov has a utube vid out from about 6hrs ago (as of this time)  keep in mind he is Ukrainian and very pro Ukrainian.
looked to be some very big explosions.
Davydov does not seem to think that Ukraine has any weapons systems with long enough range to reach that airfield.  unless Ukraine used it's own aviation force, he did not seem to think so though.  I did not see any evidence of aircraft in the vids
it seems the beach goers had quite the show.

My extended family lives in Saki/Evpatoria, whatever it were , it weren't any missiles so himars or airplanes raiding the airfield are definately out.

Ukraines going to give him a medal or three.

If the Ukrainians were this successful with their attack on Crimea Putin's going to want some payback. [Fantasy removed]

I am glad I am not the Guy that has to explain to Putin what and how this happened. :-[ 26 aircraft, four ammos depots, 260 dead or wounded. This is a pretty good score for an none attack.  ;D
3) There has been no "threat" to invade Ukraine. The US invented that and fed it to a complicit media.

Just where on earth do you get your continued fantasy?

According to reports, you're looking at 8 damaged or destroyed aircraft, 1 dead, 14 wounded and some nearby houses damaged. There's plenty on the ground damage and clearly some large explosions, possibly from an ammunition depot but yet again, you seem to be lying or living out a fantasy.

You should read the news reports and look at the satellite pictures yourself before making far fetched bizarre claims. We've got enough propaganda to rifle through from on the ground in Ukraine, without your rubbish.

StT's update on Ukraine and other worldly events.
about 17:45 he talks about seemingly random attacks on S300s near Nova Kakhovka sometime prior to the airbase damage in Crimea
