Friend of mine had the same done to his back and more, tons of surgery and chronic back pain for which he takes almost all opiods possible.

He pays $100/month for it.

I watched the entire YT video and subscribed to their channel.  Thanks for posting Conty.  I discovered that a major dental chain charges $80,000 USD for full upper and lower Dental implants and a local dental chain quoted $60,000 ... iirc there was a dental clinic in Kiev with implant specialists and their own lab (not sent off to China like US Dental Labs) trained on the latest Swiss and Italian implant technologies that advertised full mouth dental implants for less than $13K Euros... might be less now with 40 hrivna to USD/Euros exchange rates.

great many place all over the world where western persons are going to get cheaper medical and dental care.

my sister and her husband from Arizona go 1hr south across border into Mexico and get all their dental work.
Los Algodones (just across border from Yuma) is highly recommend by most who go there.  it is considered the dental capitol of Mexico.   www.dentaldepartures.com  I looked into getting work done in Mexico. I found a local dentist who took my insurance and was close to expected cost of having it done in Mexico, counting airfares, lodging and other expenditures.
the missus has friends in Georgia that are all the time saying "come visit, we have best dentists"
if a person was in a country for other reasons or could turn a medical/dental trip into a fun trip, it could pay to go over seas.  of course, some are a little closer overseas than others  :)

I like my doctor, who I have been seeing for years, and have not gone anywhere else.  I suppose if I had a expensive enough surgical procedures to do, I might look at other countries, depending.  the wife dragged me into some clinics in Russia to have some x-rays, MRIs and ultra sounds done.  those procedures were done cheaper than my regular doctor, even after my insurance.   I then took all records back to my doctor.
