Interesting.   Turkey states they are not trying to leverage their interests, although that seems to be precisely what they are doing.    Let's see if Finland & Sweden do what Turkey demands. 
I haven't had many interactions with Turks through the decades.  They seem like a pretty strong-minded bunch.

Turkey's foreign minister said on Sunday that Sweden and Finland must stop supporting terrorist groups in their countries, provide clear security guarantees and lift export bans on Turkey as they seek membership in NATO....
