There was at least one video on Youtube, probably memory-holed by now. It was a skit for Ukrainian TV back in the days before he was chosen to be president. It doesn't make him gay or a cross-dresser in real life. But given the stuff we do know about him, I am certain that he was an easy choice for Kolomoisky because he could be easily controlled and directed.
