The phony conservative/losers that the Establishment swamp GOP is constantly
trying to throw at us, like the Bushes, Bob Dole, Mittens Romney, John McCain, 
et al want their power back. They want to nominate more Judges like John Roberts
and David Souter to protect the Swamp

The Far left want the government to be able to control our lives by declaring
emergencies and then imposing their will. The GOP Swamp rats like the idea
of having lots of power in the swamp.

Far left publication Slate Magazine wants the left to have dictatorial powers
but never see's the slippery slope or a day where those powers could be used
by the right. The far left tells you that they believes they can take your liberty
in the name of public safety. They also believe that the constitution should allow
it to happen.

The far left consider stealing liberties and gaining power for the State is the
function of government and that federal agencies should regulate people
to do the bidding of the left. 

Real conservatives worry about allowing liberties or freedom to be eroded by
Left wing Nanny state wanna-be officials. I also think that Bush appointee
John Roberts sees himself as the defender of the swamp.
