What a tragedy for the girl and her family. The video of them carrying her away while she's alive shows that she was struggling and they walked right by someone getting out of an SUV. That person probably could have saved her life by shouting at them but they ignored her plight. That's a big problem in Russia, probably a hangover from Communism, that people don't try to help others who are strangers to them.

It would be even better to hang the two perps in a public square, just like we used to hang criminals back in the old West.

However hard labor in an Arctic penal colony is also a good choice. Such a shame.
