Lets see here, Criminal Trump was impeached for trying to rig an election by pressuring Ukraine into filing charges against Biden's son. Was impeached again for holding a rally outside the capitol building where the property was invaded soon after. If he were to come back into power he would simply be impeached again this time likely successfully because the main reason he did not get put out of office the last time he was already out of office.

The People's rights overrule Biden's rights every time.

3 ) Imagine Osama Bin Laden was born in America and he loves everything ISIS. He cheated in an election and bribed Congress to approve the fraudulent election but he got caught. What you're saying is our laws are so stupid that we have to allow the worst of humanity to run our country into the ground for the next 3 years. A Congress who approved a fraudulent election is not going to impeach the guy they put into power. We should know the answer in a few months. I enjoy the debate with 2tall but there is a precedent where in the past judges have removed sitting politicians and installed the winner or called for new elections when the judge learns of election fraud. Even if you believe Biden can't be removed except through impeachment, you should know hundreds of House and Senate seats at the the federal and State levels may change hands giving the Republicans the majority once these audits are done. I'm not fond of Republicans at the federal level since they are remaining silent on election fraud. They have the most to gain but we may learn many of them are guilty of fraud too.

If Biden remains President and even if Congress changes hands, I'm afraid the fraud will continue and everything we fought for now will be for naught. If Biden is proven a crook, keeping him in power is beyond stupid. A crook isn't going to fix things. He will make it to where he can commit more crimes and get away with it solidifying his power. If you read the fine print in the voter rights bill Democrats are currently trying to push, it basically legalizes the crimes they committed in this election and makes it harder for us to request audits.

I think that if it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt that there was massive fraud in the elections, that Biden should be ex-president immediately and new elections be done as fast as can be done. and of course criminal proceedings should be begun for the cheaters to get the American people justice.

We have a constitutional Republic. The constitution sets the dates of our elections
and the president is elected every four years. That is the ONLY time we can have
an election. There is no mechanism to correct election fraud. The president is the
one in charge of enforcing the law and he isn't going to investigate himself or his
party.

The President is going to be the president until he dies, or is impeached or loses
an election in 4 years or serves 8 years. We don't and can't replace our government
because people are pissed off that cheating was done.

Even if Biden is impeached and removed from office (which he won't be) Kamala
Harris would become president.

NOTE: There is an impossible theoretical exception to what I just said.
1. The GOP would have to win the house and the Senate in 2022
2. The GOP would have to have a 2/3 majority in the Senate.
3. The House would have to impeach the President (Biden)
4. The Senate would have to vote with a 2/3 majority to remove the
president. The VP (Harris) would become president and appoint a New VP
5. The House and Senate would have to vote against the New VP
6. Then the House would have to impeach Harris

8. Harris would keep nominating a new VP's and the House and Senate

9. When Harris was Removed the GOP speaker of the House would become

It doesn't matter if Biden is a nice guy, or had Hilter like traits or is an ISIS loving terrorist, once the Supreme Court finds out the American people were denied a Constitutional right to vote in fair and free elections, corrupt Biden will be removed. Once you commit fraud, you can't expect your contract or the Constitution to protect you in court to keep the money or power you illegally obtained. Both Biden and Kamala can be removed by SCOTUS who has the final say on the language of the Constitution. The three branches are to check and balance each other. In this case the Presidency and Congress who approved a fraudulent election failed. SCOTUS must act when Mike Lindell brings evidence that foreign nations manipulated our votes to install their puppets Biden and Harris.

You are dealing with the president which is governed under different laws and requires him to be impeached, declared mentally or physical unfit, or dead. Not going to happen. That is what the Democrats tried and it did not work well getting Trump out of office. It not going to work now. Actually it is you that can not read the constitution or you would understand when the senate approved the election it is over. That happened January 7,2021. I saying the courts do not have any control of this. It is higher than any court including the supreme court. No bill of rights says after the election has been senate approval that it can be reversed. Next election three years and three months.

do overs or cast asides. Presidential elections are constitutionally mandated
