« on: May 24, 2021, 03:16:58 AM »

Been M.I.A. for 3 years. I've been living in Batumi in the Republic of Georgia these years.

About to start a new venture.

Coo, that's been in the planning stage for a long time. I hope it opens successfully!

Hot food and hot women! What a successful combination!
Over 220 generals and admirals say we are in a fight for our survival like no other time since 1776. If you want to stop the war in Ukraine, fix elections, stop medical tyranny and forced vaccinations, lower inflation and make America and the world a better place, get Trump back into power. The Democrats and Republicans have shown they can't do the job. They are good at robbing us and getting people killed in non stop wars.

Thanks Andrew.

I started buying Restaurant equipment 2 1/2 years ago

I began test marketing different American style ethnic foods on Georgians and Russians. American Chinese food was a flop. Then I met an Apache Indian who told me his family had a Tex-Mex restaurant when he was a kid. I tried that and the people really liked it. That was September 2019. I found a place in February 2020 with beautiful stone and brick walls. Even got a pillar. I locked in on it. Then the World went crazy the next month. Slowly the restrictions are being lifted. The land borders are about to open. The 9 PM to 5 AM curfew now starts at 11 PM (The corona virus is on a timer). And soon I hope indoor dining on Saturdays and Sundays will be ruled to be safe.

Not a good idea to comment on my employees appearance. I have two new Indian medical students that I will soon begin to employ. I had my general manager Sam, an Iranian woman interview them. She showed me their photos. They looked pretty... nice! Of course at my age almost every woman looks pretty nice!

The food look delicious! Good luck. Now that Corona may finally be over, this could be a very good success.

Now that Corona may finally be over,

Corona should never end at Maxx's restaurant. He needs to serve it daily!

Partnerships can be tricky. Silent partners or investors with a buy out option is more safe. My hope is to make Tex-Mex a success in Batumi, learning from this business and then do another Tex-Mex in Tbilisi. Batumi is hot destination for tourists but so is Tbilisi. Tbilisi with a population of 1.8 million people is ten times larger than Batumi. Batumi is Georgia's second largest city.

Two bits good news for me. Starting next Tuesday the land borders will be opened. A PCR test taken within 72 hours before leaving and another PCR test within 72 hours upon reentry.

https://georgiatoday.ge/georgia-to-open-land-borders-from-june-1/

And inside seating on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) will be allowed.

Things are getting easier. My girls figured that it makes it easier to make larger amounts. We should have enough chili to last several days.
