Best dating sites, not for guys but for the gals.
I am looking for the best site for a Girl in Ukraine.
( wife's best friend ) finally decided to take a serious run
at finding man and leaving.

She is not overly select about country. IE:
Europe, Canada, USA. Just trying to avoid the jokers.
So were trying to  help her find the best avenue
possible to give her decent shot, without any more crap
than necessary, Suggestions?

How old is she?  If she's 35 or under Facebook and VK, the social networks can be good. Find some expats who are in Ukraine or Russia and join those groups on there.  Then do a post saying that she's looking for a guy to date.  If he's in the FSU now then it will be easier to meet.

Right now with the virus no guy is gonna get on a plane to go to those countries.  Russia has over 1 million cases now.

If she's in a big city then Tinder might work.

I've never used a dating site but that's cause I lived in Russia for extended periods.

She is 35, with decent job, IE smart girl.
She has 10/11 year old son, does very well in school
well mannered.

she speaks a little english, she will understand basic stuff and
can reply a little.  but needs to improve.

She is in Cherkassy, approx. 1 hour 20 mintues by car outside
of Kiev.

Maybe you have some single friends in Canada who would be interested?   She has a kid and basic English.  That's gonna be things some guys may not want to deal with. 

If she looks like a stunner or decently attractive with a great personality then obviously that's a plus.

I would not call her stunning, but she is quite attractive
in good shape. Arm candy no, solid women for serious guy,
I would say yes.
