I would like to talk and learn more about this.  I think I know what you are talking about from experience but I wouldn't dare say that I really understand it.  It's to late for me to "fix" anything with Ms. Novosibirsk but I would really like to understand what these obstacles are and how to deal with them.  Thank you in advance.

Ward_Cleaver, you mistakes was a lot. But for new day is new meal. :) With new Ms.Ward_Cleaver will new obstacles to overcome. :laugh: :)
