I think it is as easy as 1-2-3 to solve the issue with Dominic Cummings..

Personally I think what he did was wrong even though he may of been thinking about his child, the bottom line is you cannot have one rule for one and one for another, of course all politicians
always have one rule for themselves and one for the dumb as *** general public..

Bu I would of thought it would be very easy to solve you just do this:

1. Select 50 police officers at random.

2, Sit them in a big classroom.

3. Ask them the question if they caught a member of the public traveling 300 miles during lockdown would they :

a. Turn them back
b. let them continue

The majority answer will decide his guilt.. simple really..

Im pretty sure the majority would tell them to return (b) Which means he broke lock down rules..

There are plenty of people who had the same situation and have even been fined for it and there are plenty who could not even attend a family funeral due to lock down..

That this is still in the news (instead of the 'virus' according to some extremists), says it all about the MSM and their anti government followers. Now we have writers from the Guardian physically threatening to assault Mr Cummings in front of his children, in a tweet and somehow or another, in his fair liberal mind, thinks that this is acceptable!!

I can see the hypocrisy, given what we were all mostly trying to do but now the facts have come out, most normal people would have made the same choices. It's the fact that this man is Mr Brexit and a nasty Tory, so the plebs roll about crying instead of moving onto more important stuff.

Sadly, the UK has now become just like the USA, when it comes to extremists being pandered to by liberal media. These poor hysterical people getting themselves worked up at the slightest issue and then making a mountain out of a mole hill, are the exact reason our country will be irreparably divided.

Maitlis is a person employed by an "impartial news reporting organisation" and she misused her position to virtue signal and broadcast her own personal agenda on national television. As ever, you TOTALLY miss the point .... Other folk obeyed the rules and made sacrifices .. HE is supposed to obey the rules he helped draw up..  When ministers in Scotland broke the rules they had to go ..

I am seriously concerned this will make folks less likely to obey govt advice ...(  NOT the best time to lose respect
