Men in general might perceive lesser-attractive women as being "hornier", or rather, more willing to have sex, based on the women having (whether real or imagined) more limited options among men.  Thus, a man who doesn't have a shot with {whatever supermodel is hot now} might have a shot with Plain Jane.  /shrugs

I'm not sure how ANYONE can comment with authority, unless they make it a policy to shag women irrespective of physical attractiveness.

If you’re smooshing her face into a pillow while banging her doggy style, yes. Besides a good personality never gets old but an obnoxious woman with a pretty face isn’t really that attractive.
