I don't think the Nomad Capitalist speaks for Germany and those nations. If those nations don't like America, they can boycott America and if we stole something from them, they can apply sanctions on America.

I is just Manny can not make up his mind. First the dollar is going to collapse because we do not have any gold then he accuses us of stealing everyones gold. I wonder why these countries do not just file a formal complaint with the UN? Give him so more time and I am sure there is a CIA connection to how the British lost all their gold and silver also.

I read this ten years ago. Just figure it out. Do we or don't we have gold? If we are stealing everyone gold maybe our currency will not collapse after all. Just because it is printed does not mean it is real. It just means someone wrote it. Like I said why do they not complain to the UN?

The U.K. stole gold from Libya and before that many others too such as when we had an Empire and colonies in Africa, India and Colonial America.

Governments steal every thing! Gold, peoples money and all sorts of things it is usually done via a marketing plan to make it look more valid, like a War .. that's why the US loves wars..they can steal every *****s Gold.. Germans did it also..

Billy, an unreported theft does not mean the theft did not happen.

There are good reasons why Germany might not claim their gold was stolen but there is strong evidence that the gold that was repatriated was not the same gold that was deposited in the US. It is worth noting that it is usual for gold, when returned to the national depositor, to be the same gold as deposited. That did not happen with the German gold and, as we know, much of the gold requested to be returned was not returned.

In practice, as long as Germany says nothing, then the gold still exists on the national account and they can treat it as real. As soon as they say'its gone' then it really has! There are huge political and economic ramifications of making such a claim.
