Forthcoming Server Swap

Manny:
In the not too distant future we will be swapping servers.

The super firm we have used for a few years (Vidahost) was sold to a bigger firm a while back (TSO Host), and support has slowly gone downhill since then while prices have gone up. So we are off.

The new host is a small firm run by two chaps I've used with other sites for a while, and we will be hosted in bonnie Scotland.  :nod:

Once we have migrated, Herrie will be able to do some updates we are unable to do where we are. And hopefully the slowness we all sometimes encounter will be a thing of the past then.

I'll update the topic when I know when it will be.

I’m interested in traveling through Scotland at some point. Funny though, I can’t find Bonnie on a map anywhere... is that a nickname for a city or town?

It is a nickname, like a Sheila Down Under.

In Scotland you will meet many a Bonnie lass, no need for a map.

Bonnie is Scots for attractive or beautiful.

i.e. she's a bonnie wee thing.
