What was the Russian Central Bank target rate for the rouble back in 2014? Easy answer, around 70 roubles.

Now, I have not been going on about rouble recovery ever since 2014, that's a lie. I have written about the central bank's target rate. It is clear that the Russian central bank policy has been effective. You can look a the charts for yourself - or you can continue to lie.

I told you the Rouble was worth half ( actually nearly 3 times less at one point in Jan 16) and you kept telling us, " it would recover" ....  and *I* kept telling you a broken clock was more likely to be correct ..

The Rouble is STILL where it was at the end of 2014 ..   FIVE years on ...

moby this proves you haven't even been to Russia..ruble hit a 40% downswing in 2015 against the US dollar.  That's why many expats left. it's recovered a bit but not to the same levels.  you just spout nonsense outta your brain as usual.
