Flight Attendants

I recently flew with TAP Portugal and noticed that the flight attendants are way older and mostly male.  This seems to be the same with all American carriers as well.  So how does Aeroflot manage to have such beauties on board?  Any thoughts?  I can't imagine the pay is higher.

You should try Lufthansa I think they have men dressed as women and very short butch lesbian women as attendants .. part of the equality program they are running 

As for Aeroflot well the women are nothing special there I think... I cannot remember last time looking at the attenuates thinking wow she's hot.. most are not even above average I would say..

Most if not all above average good looking women, can earn more instead of working as a trolly jolly and have a better life style and standard by attaching themselves to rich and famous people. They are going to be accessory and ornament to some old person who can keep them in style and comfort.

Times change. The job of 'airline stewardess' is long gone and so are most of the perks that made the job an attractive one. Pay isn't good, hours are tough, layovers are no longer fun, travel has been democratized making the work less attractive as a means of meeting the 'right' kind of guys.

They pay more than many jobs in the FSU, so they can still get
a slim, pleasant featured and relatively feminine woman for the
role. Fat-@ssed Bull-dykes with moles that have 6 inch black
whiskers growing out can't get hired because Russia doesn't
have any laws requiring Aeroflot to do so.

The job has loss some of the prestige that it had in the past so they
no longer have super models vying for the job.

You don't look as good s you did 25 years ago.

Personally I don't care, as long as they are good at their job.
Some are, some are not. Most airlines have become so cheap.
For longer flights I often buy something before I get on plane.

If someone keels over and dies ... you'll find they'll have at least one pretty strong guy on board..

A huge 'hell's Angel ' type of guy died on a flight to Helsinki via Bangkok on us over Uzbekistan - he must have weighed 140Kg and been 190cm - One Finnair steward and  a mate of the deceased carried his corpse to the back of the plane - they'd HAVE to have been strong .

Not till Estonia. They are chunkier than they once were, but there is still plenty of nice women in Estonia. They used to say it is the home of Europe’s most beautiful women. It is probably still true. You’d have to look for the ugly ones.
