• plastic fingernails

• or thickly-applied cosmetics

… then about 5 minutes of my attention is all she'll get from me.

Would you wear them? I wouldn't. Have you seen what they do to women's feet – deforming them and creating corns & bunions, knee and hip disorders,  fractures and trapped nerves,  osteoarthritis, etc.  Who thinks these deformities are a pleasant sight at the beach or sitting round the pool enjoying a piña colada?  And to what purpose? I see them clopping along as if on stilts (that's what they are!) or trying to catch the number 4 bus before it leaves the shelter, doing their best to dodge the cracks and crevices of the pavement but getting their stilettos stuck in the escalator despite their best efforts to avoid it.

 Then there's the couple who are off to the airport, he pulling along a pair of over-sized travel-bags behind him plus a rucksack on his back, and she lagging behind in her heels ”cloppity-clop” carrying nothing at all and crying out to her husband, “Wait for me!” Why would I want to waste my attention on someone who voluntarily follows fashion trends with such consequences? I'd love to ask sufferers inflicted with polio and clubbed feet what they think of women in high heeled shoes. I can imagine them rolling their eyes!

More surprising is that we appear to have two blokes on the forum who don’t like heels. I find that difficult to comprehend. Have the feminists got to you people? Heels are like stockings or long hair; I assumed they had universal appeal.

I am a "geezer" to be sure but I am not "hoping to get involved with Eastern European women." I am married 15 years to date with a woman I met whilst waiting for the number 7 električka in Slovakia .... and she doesn't wear heels nor any of the other aforementioned rubbish on my list. There still are women in that part of the world who have retained some of the traditional, Slavic values. Theirs' is centred round the family and working together to raise children in a more wholesome fashion.

I don't know Manny, but isn't it that very sense of earnest loyalty and fidelity we western men seek and appeciate in Slavic women? If we wanted a cheap-looking,  foul-mouthed party girl wearing putrid-smelling perfume and heels who can't hold her liquor or keep her knees together then all we need to do is have a sniff round the local pub any Saturday night of the year.

Not at all. I detest feminists. I love feminine qualities in women and that is in stark contrast to the feminists' norm. Staggering about in heels, draping/injecting themselves with plastic paraphernalia are not what I think of as feminine qualities.

Goodness no! Heels do not accentuate the beauty of women as long hair and stockings do. Heels display pretentiousness, stupidity and a lack of both intelligence and character.

1/ Never 'got' why stockings and suspender belts are 'thang' for other blokes..  I'm not in to static and prefer bare flesh ....or Sopaki

2/ High-Heels ?  For 'car to bar' and photo sessions for this guy   .  "Platforms are more comfortable", for madam ;(  .. I refer to them as Clown shoes   At least one good thing about winter is the leather Sapogi see the light of day

I agree. It’s not about what you do but how you do it. I’ve never been a huge fan of tattoos but I could manage the odd subtle one. I’m not a fan of too many piercings but ears and maybe a bellybutton are okay. I’m not against nipple piercings actually, that can look quite fetching in a tight T-shirt. Nobody wants great big pumped up lips that make you look like you could stick to the car window like a Garfield toy, but a subtle enhancement works for some women.

I’m not a fan of the great big hairy Nike tick eyebrows that are popular now. I like the high up, thin Russian style ones.

I’m not a fan of fake tits (more than a handful is a waste) but I think that if women want to do it for their self-confidence then that’s up to them. Better it’s done so they look natural rather than like two footballs stuck to the wall.

Nice nails, heels and stockings are a no-brainer. If you don’t like those things you may well possibly be gay (or a pussy-whipped, feminist-sympathising metrosexual). 

The bleaching of hair is another contentious subject. Bright yellow is out and bayage is in BTW.

There's plenty sexy ladies strutting about out there in heels, well dressed. Nice nails, classy make up, a discreet feminine tattoo and maybe a sexy little belly button piercing.

Some ladies had big bazookas and they've lost their shape, some had none and others maybe wanted perfection. We're not talking about double G's here but a perky little surgeons C cup and away we go.

If we all fancied the same woman then life would be very tough for all of us, especially the unfortunate object of our attention.

I can't speak for anyone else, but if the woman I was attracted to didn't like wearing high heels it would not lessen my attraction. She doesn't need fake jubblies to hold my attention. In the end, its the person we choose to stay and live with, not the water-filled bag of skin, that holds our attention and affection.
