Please note the broken old streets in these pictures, the run-down buildings and other myths people tell about crimea.

I had a great vacation and it was only touristy thingies there.

In fact, the only 'less good' looking picture is the fake-car with my 2yo in it. I loved the thing though, see the picture and see why.

 I see Evpatoria has sand beaches too, like Saki. Something you don't see too much in Crimea

Evpatoria advertises with 'choice' since everyone doesn't like sandy beaches you can choose:

= Full sand beaches
= Half sand/ half stone (stones being where you lie your butt and sand near to the sea for children to play)
= full pebble beaches (pebbles last until 5-6 meters inside the sea.

All of them will have about 20-30 meters walking before it gets deeper than about 1,5 meters.

Its almost like a giant swimming pool. They also tow playthings to deeper water, as you can see in the pics.

Thanks for sharing these lovely photos, Mark.  They remind me a bit of the Mission Beach area in San Diego.
