Most popular dating scene in Ukraine

It makes me laugh looking back how things have changed in Ukraine
since fall of Soviet Union.
A country coming to terms with itself after Communisms fall and it has
taken close 27 years for Dating Marriage scene to show some real change.
I'm not saying there are still not scam marriage agencies women earning money
thru dating scams but over past few years some high profile agencies have developed
and seen good increase of Western Men at last find their love.

I wont mention these agencies in Ukraine in this topic
but surely Id like to hear from those married men and
Western men who have been happy to come to Ukraine

I was there in 2006 and 2016 including a Western Ukraine
tour for fortnight with JC Travel Ukraine and saw a lot of
changes to the country even the smallest things such as
supermarkets and shopping centres.

Not really sure exactly what changes you are referring to.  I have been visiting Ukraine since 2002 to 2017 and yes there are changes due to the changed size of the country, the value of its money compared to other currencies etc. 

As to agencies operating back then and now I have no idea, but it appears the "tour operators" still seek men to visit and spend money.  As to finding a wife this way I have no idea  We did meet a couple that actually met that way and later married here in Canada.  So it can be done, but not that common I would think then or now!

As to shopping Malls yes many have appeared, but the last few years not much for sale and many shops have closed due to the economic conditions of the country.  Sad really. 

Back 16 years ago $100 USD = 400 to 500 H.  Now the family says it is about $100 USD = 3,000 H.  Yet wages locally have if anything gotten less and less.  So even if there were nice things in the stores no one locally could likely afford them anyway.

I have been to Ukraine in the end of the 1990's, yes it has changed yes. But I do not think in a good way.

Perhaps though you are either trolling or should be a different type of member.

If one thinks that there are no scams in play then one simply has not yet identified the scam.

There's no good reason to think that things in the Ukrainian MOB have gotten better and plenty of objective evidence to support the contrary.
