Tourist visa for Canada from Russia timelines.

Has anyone heard lately how long the tourist visas for Canada from Russia are taking to process?

It depends if you apply online or not + other factors. Mine was ready in 3 weeks, I applied online, but I provided a very good package of documents so I do not think they did additional checking.
