Beautiful photos Orchid! Georgia has such beauty too but it lacks wildlife. I've have as yet to see a rabbit, squirrel or gopher. Raccoons, skunks and deer are unknown in these parts. I did see a hawk once abut nothing as magnificent as a bald eagle. I wondered what it eats. A friend of mine in Baltimore asked his Ukrainian wife what she liked the most about America. Her answer was swift, "I like the little animals."

Beautiful photos Orchid!
Thank you, Maxx.
I miss you. I hope you are happy in Georgia.

Georgia has such beauty too but it lacks wildlife.
Taking pictures of wildlife becomes my passion.
That eagle nest is only 30 min driving from my house.
I take camera, lie down in tall grass, look at sky and birds, listen to the wind, and forget about the whole world....
Am I getting older?
Ohh... by the way... Happy Belated Birthday!!!

I wondered what it eats.
They eat fish.

This waterfall is located.... at the end of Fall street in Twin Falls.
Officially, it is higher than Niagara.

This is incredible place.
Small natural bridge and a giant waterfall.
Sounds of falling water and birds.
I forget about everything there....

You got lucky. Everything depends on the timing.

Misery is the river of the world; everybody row, everybody row.

 Interesting thread.

A possibly helpful site for those of you that like to explore the USA and particularly it's places to see: http://www.onlyinyourstate.com/

 What you do is:
 1. Select a state.
 2. Select attractions to find articles/site posts of places to see in that state.

I have found lots of scenic things that I would have never found to go see unless I was a local and still maybe would not know of if I were.
