Dutch RUA members may be interested to know that Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte will make an official visit to Russia next Wednesday, 19-21 October at the invitation of President Medvedev.

There will be a greeting event to welcome PM Rutte on the 19th with the bulk of talks between both sides and their staffs on Thursday, 20 October and finishing up early in the day on Friday.

Russia is still to a large extent dependent on imports of equipment for the agricultural and food processing sector, as well as energy technology and the Netherlands is a prime supplier to Russia of those equipment and technology resources.

Radio 538 is a radio station that our Dutch members may be familiar. I like to watch their productions on YouTube as generally they are very professional radio folk, something I appreciate. Here is some music from the absolutely fabulous singer Trijntje Oosterhuis!
