K-1 - 37 yo women needs parents permission??

Hello,

My girl and I are researching K-1 visa.

She is 37 years old.   Does she need some sort of permission to leave Russia from her parents for the Russian goverment??

No, even an 18-year-old doesn't need her parent's permission to leave Russia.

She read somewhere that she needed parents permission.
