Asian Ethnicity

Hello people! 

I have come back to the boards and decided to have another look around for a nice Russian lady. Why not? Coming up to 38 now and there are so many nice looking women in that country I would be a fool not to sling my bait into the canal as it were.

Anyway - I have spent the last two years in South Korea and my tastes in women has changed somewhat whilst there - I like Asian women a lot more now! Korean women are gorgeous - most of the expat blokes out there fancy some Korean action - even if they went out there with not much interest in Asian women.. 

So I am writing to this beautiful lady in Omsk - she likes me and I like her - she is Russian but she has obvious Asian ethnicity - she has got the hair and the physique like a Korean woman but she also has Russian physical traits so I guess she is mixed race. (Which is fine by me)

In her profile she has put she is 'caucasian' Is there any stigma in Russia to be of Asian background? is it not something you would admit if you were of Asian background but could pass for white? As I say - I am hooked! I don't care what her ethnicity is but I wouldn't mind knowing if anyone has prior experience with this.

I have one lady friend with Asian type of a face.She is an English teacher and she knows more about Western rules so I am nearly to believe at everything what she says.She explained me that we all/who lives in Russia, are Caucasians despite of we have absolutely different type of face , color of skin and body type. She is like Korean,Chinese woman  and we both -Caucasians (as she said). So I see your lady keeps same rule.

Yes there is some attitude of Russians to those of "Asian" appearance, {from what I have observed although there are a fair number of people of varied racial background, from the Soviet south, far east and Mongolian regions.

Yes, plenty of prejudice from ethnic Russians, but Russia is a big country with lots of people just like her so it's not as if she has not choices locally.

I'm with Manny on the definition of caucasian--it's definition is pretty clear that its non-lilly white, and rather denotes a person of darker, not black, skin tone and often hair colour.

However she may know the Western definition and simply be communicating a word which she feels you will understand. I think ladies with those Asian features are often strikingly beautiful.

At the end of the day it all comes down to internal character, not skin tone.

Thanks for the welcome chaps - Manny - glad to see your site going from stength to strength! I have been a lurker on the boards since going to Korea and noticed the fun and games have continued with some mad newcomers! 

No matter - this young lady is from Omsk and I was wondering if the Asian DNA in places like Omsk are stronger than in places such as - I don't know - St Petersburg - I have googled about the histroy of Omsk and read that Koreans settled there and in Kazakhstan in the 1930s but I haven't been able to gleam any more information. It would help me if I knew what a typical Kazakh looked like. I have only seen them on TV (Vasiliy Jirov the boxer - oh, and Borat!  ) the girl I am writing to is pale but with obvious east Asian features!
