The body type does not differ Manny. I have two 5'3" blue eyed blond cousins. Comparing them to Asians, the body type is not different. And yes they looked younger as well, due to their petite size. One by the way is the mother, the other her daughter.    

But under your definition then an Asian who is 40 would only look 32. While the Russian would be and look 40.  Seems to be a bonus to me, in the later years.
