I think that they have a "few" good ideas. They could do quite a bit more effective
things however. I think much of their stuff was simply fluff.

First it is nearly impossible to stop the "Johns at the border" because you don't know their
intentions ahead of time, you can't look at a mans face and say SEX Tourist .

How do foreign men find Ukrainian sex workers? The sex workers advertise in English language papers and on
the internet and search for them by Google.

I read English language newspapers while in Russia and Ukraine and they had blatantly ran escort advertisements. That is something the young college girls can stop. They can make a big deal out of a Newspaper exploiting these girls for money.

They can search the internet and alert an honest cop about advertisements and he can call these advertisers and make arrests. Or the girls can put in an advertisement themselves and send a policeman to whoever calls their advertisement. This way you stop both supply and demand.

I think the biggest problem they will run into is when organized crime starts to get angry or the police that are paid to look the other way become interested.

I do think however that they can shame the Newspapers into getting rid of the advertisements which would help some.

As I could understand they just try to attract attention to this. Maybe to do some publications to inform people that problem exists, maybe some  movies later. I also doubt that every visitor of Kiev can be  checked to see if he is sex tourist or no.

I am sure that it's cheap in Russia as well and certainly it's available here in San Francisco for much less money than a plane ticket to Europe.

The District Attorney for San Francisco has decided to not try prostitution cases, so every strip club in the city has also become a bordello. The District attorney is an idiot, none of those places were like that before and because of all the new competition the prices have gone down.

How do I know this? they have had many articles in various local newspapers about it.

It depends, if you think most prostitutes can simply quit if they want and do something else, or will their pimp beat the hell out of them if they even mention it.

If the prostitutes can join or quit of their free will, then I guess it's a purely moral issue. If however it's some kind of forced slavery then obviously that's a different matter.

Entrapment? IMHO If an advertisement is placed in a paper next to other illegal ones. Then the person calls of his free will asking to engage in illegal activities, then I fail to see how this is entrapment.

In Holland, some narcotica are legal.

Anyone can buy a gun anywhere, they are $200 in UK, and for sale in Russia too. I saw them in shops.

Anyone can buy a gun anywhere, they are $200 in UK, and for sale in Russia too. I saw them in shops.

And you think drugs shouldn't be stopped? Heavy drugs too? Just curious how far it shouldn't be stopped
