Hi from a journalist member here and married to a Russian lady although we didn't use the online Russian dating route for courtship and marriage. I am active on vkontakte but don't think it a good place to find a lady. I'm barely familiar with Classmates and if the service is in English would think it pretty fruitless to attempt to find a lady there, but perhaps I'm wrong.

At first you momentarily peaked my interest in what you might offer. My own professional research this week has been primarily in preparation for the inauguration of a new president of Russia on May 7, changes to migration/immigration policy (Russia), and the celebration of the 67th anniversary of Allied victory in the Great Patriotic War on May 9.

I started a social network page and made nearly 1200 friends most of
them were FSU women. I visited the FSU to meet one of them. I will
take a pass as well.

Halo I regularly read Gawker.  It is usually politically incorrect one of their current articles is somewhat similar to threads we have on RUA, except it is about women in general as opposed to FSUW.  You are probably correct in that it tends to focus more on the younger generation simply because they're more computer literate and tend to get more of their news online.
