It might look like, but it isn't. The word lažno doesn't exist in Czech as far as I know, neither does što. My guess would be Slovenian, Croatian or Serbian, but they're all too similar for me to tell. Since 2006 Cyrillic is the official script of Serbian, but Latin is used too in general. For Croatia and Slovenia I know they both use Latin script only.

If you read the bottom left text you will see that the last line says "Ploča" which seems to be in Serbia.
