Marriage Broker?

Hello All,
I have a question concerning the "Marriage Broker" question. My Fiance and I met on "Loversplanet.com". It is an international dating site (Highly recamended). They do not offer tours or any other services as such. We made all arragements to meet ourselves and have never had any help from the website. Would this website be considered a Marriage Broker?
