In order to streamline and improve the visa obtaining process the Consular Division of the Embassy
of the Russian Federation in Canada is no more processing visa applications by mail
starting from the 1st of March 2011.

In meanwhile the applicants unable to be present in our visa section in person are recommended to rely on the services provided by:

International Visa Passport Service Corporation

EmbassyLink Ltd

Lewis, Bridges & Dupont

Please note that if you send your application by mail against standard procedure
it will be returned to you back unprocessed.

Any visa applicant may be interviewed by a consular officer if necessary
