Westy is correct. Gillard wouldn't want to offend anyone, she's losing potential voters daily the way it is :laugh:
But the former Liberal PM John Howard did a speech which in essence mirrored the one quoted above, and most here apart from those he mentioned supported the stance.

The Economist has handed out it's top 100 most livable cities in the world. Australlia took most of the top 10, Canada got a few cities in, and Europe rounded out the rest of the top 10. I couldn't figure out how to get the top 100 cities, if someone can post the remaining cities it would be appreciated.

For what it is worth, it only ranks 140cities. According to that story.

True--Melbourne, where I live, definately isn't livable during winter. It get's to +3C during the night, that is harsh!---Elena, come home, keep me warm!!!! (The good Mrs is in Tomsk for a month)
