Two identical apartments right by Metro Alexeyevskaya. Two rooms, internet, one with wi-fi and air conditioning installed. Both are $70/night, $400/week, $1200/month. Utilities included. I'll personally be monitoring them. One is described here: http://www.cheap-moscow.com/yaroslavskoye_shosse.htm

One apartment is by the Botanical Gardens. The location is not the most convenient from the transportation point of view but the price will be right. Presently I am recommending the owner, also a good friend of mine, to make it $50/night, $300/week, or $1000/month. Some photos of the place are here: http://www.cheap-moscow.com/snezh.htm  The whole unit will be available for the dacha season. Now a room (only a room!) can be rented for $20-25/night.
