That guy really is a dick head..

So he says to Theresa May I quote "We did not say we will punish you" for leaving the EU....

F******** that man has a neck on him!! First the asshole comes to the UK and "Advises" Its best to stay in the EU.

Now he talks to the people of the UK as though he is some high almighty God who has the power to "Punish " people if he sees fit..

like the people of the UK are just children ...

The sooner the UK finishes with its stupid imaginary special relationship with the evil empire over the pond the bloody better..

China's reception for Obama, might have been cold, but China was not alone. Putin looked as if he was ready to kick Obama's ass.
But hats off to the president of the Philippines, for calling Obama the son of a whore.

He didn't say what he was supposed to have said.

He used a word that can be translated to English as 'whore' or 'bitch' as an epithet. Kinda like one might do if one hit one's thumb with a hammer. Duterte never addressed Obama in these terms.

One might wonder why he spoke as he did, but apparently that is his public persona to do so.

Of course, if Obama received a translation in the same terms as is being reported around the world right now then it is no surprise that the Leader Of The Free WorldTM had a hissy fit and chose to return to golfing a day sooner than anticipated.

What ever was said, was met with approval by the Chinese.

The reality is that the Philippines and China have much more in common than the Philippines and USA. The court case over the South China Sea was instigated, led and paid for by a country that is not even a signatory to the treaty involved in the case. That country is, of course, the USA.

The case was about US concerns more than Philippine worries.

Duterte, in his speech, was making clear where the interests of the Philippines were to be found. It was more likely that this was the reason for the US hissyfit than a purposely mistranslation of a speech by a national president.
