I am about to buy a round trip ticket to Odessa or Kiev. I plan to fly Premium economy for the longest leg of a 3 flight journey each way. My biggest issue is seat recline. I find the journey to be much more pleasant if the seat reclines another 5-10 degrees vs. cattle class. I flew Premium Economy on Lufthansa once and found it to be quite nice. On Delta I don't think the seat reclined as much.
In my recent search for a ticket I saw that Ukraine Air states that there is no difference in recline from Economy to Premium Economy. I have looked on seatguru and elsewhere and haven't found Ukraine Air's Premium Economy's stats for comparison. Furthermore, Ukraine Air states their recline stat as 6 inches, instead of an angle, so it's hard to make an apples to apples comparison.
To land the plane, so to speak, whose Premium Economy to Ukraine offers the best seat recline? And again, I don't care as much about leg room or drinks or entertainment.

Lufthansa rely on you using your smart phone / tablet for entertainment- but don't provide USB chargers ? ( Duh)

The example in this case in the 737 used on many shorter flights - the London and USA flight to IST normally use bigger Boeings:

One downside is that on your return flight your laptop / tablet - nothing bigger than say a 5.7" Phablet like a Galaxy Note are allowed from IST to the UK / USA.
With the great in-flight entertainment - it has not proved a hassle for me. Your laptop is taken from you before you board and stored in a special hold container - for which you are given a receipt
