This article is SO bang on in my opinion ..

He ( is supposed to )  admires you no matter what

Staying out in the sun = ultraviolet kills the viruses.

Fresh air = wind, breeze, any air movement except from air condition brings down the concentration of virions per cubic meter.

Swimming in the sea = don't know about saulty water... depends on temperature, I guess.
