Its stupid to even consider this as being any form of an assassination attempt..
Mostly, when he travels in or around in Moscow, he either travels by helicopter, or he has a very large police protected entourage, and all roads are closed just before he is due to pass..
He is not a stupid person, and would never travel in one car alone..
Also, at the time of the incident, he was nowhere near Moscow...
