Well in August I will see if that was true. So far, the numbers equal last year, meaning half of what used to be.
Russian tourist bureau expects a 23% rise, which would be nice.

This year in Crimea , the bars and restaurants were mostly half-full and some were even empty... The great places with good service/food/etc were packed though, especially Volodia, it was hard getting a table there and no reservation possible.
