The agency is based in Sumy and there are ton of professional photo but little information about the owner

Has anybody had experience with this agency?

I also would be curious to hear of expierences with Heart's Desires.

The owner though slow to answer mails has done what he says - I made a short list of ten women from his site and he came back with a clear reply as to waht sort of women they are (his opinion).

His charges three years ago for apartment and taxi from Kiev were fair. The women some were nice and some hopeless. It is (was) in fact a side business for him.

Hopeless was to harsh but my impression some of the women while well intentioned would not survive a move to a different culture. But these women are spread across the former Soviet Union.

For what it is worth, I have a strong dislike of PM's.

As for Hearts Desires, Andriy the owner does what he promises, his charge for a taxi from Boriyspol was fair as well as the cost for housing. It is best to describe your self to the owner and send a list of the women that interest you together with some current foto's of your self. He or his staff will ask the women if they want to meet you. The first meeting is usually in the dumpy office and from there you see if there is a chemistry and you can take it from there.

I have noticed women in smaller cities and towns have a very simplistic view of the world. Most likely they have never heard of things that we consider normal. While Sumy is a city, both Vinny and I wrote of the city I met more than one woman who did not use the internet and whose circle of friends was in fact family. There are nice women there and you might have success. But I would have a back up plan.

My dislike for PM's is that often members share information that would help the larger "community" but it remains private or I understand it is used to plan strategies to attack specific members who do not agree with another member. It reminds me of a bunch of teenage school girls gossipping.

Some women even in the smallest villages are quite wise - but a larger percentage are very simple. As an example they often first wanted to know how much of drugs I used and were all the women prostitutes in Amsterdam.

Living in Colorado I find even other Americans assume that I wear a Bob Marley T shirt 90% of the time and every afternoon at 4:20 I smoke something...

That small town mentality can be something. The worst is their suspicion of outsiders and their desire to drive them off. Xenophobia.

I found the people in Sumy to be quite friendly after they were engaged in conversation.  The older generation, as in many FSU cities, want nothing to do with you however.  The city is rather small, poor and unimpressive...more or less an industrial city with very little to do. 

There is a small university there that does teach English so you can find many young college students that want to practice English which can be fun, but they were all too young for me.  McDonalds and a club called Dialog seem to be the main attractions there.

Like Av stated, they are generally oblivious to the outside world and the extent of their travel may be to Kharkov or Kiev for other work or to let their teenagers do a little shopping.

The girl I met was very well educated and also well traveled (Europe) but that is rare among anyone in Sumy.
